My association with Dr. Hickson began in October 2005. Current responsibilities include all diagnostic/surgery scheduling as well as overseeing the administrative function.

Janeel Valdez | Front Office Coordinator

Janeel received a BA in Psychology in 1999 from USC. She has been employed in the medical profession for over 11 years. She has dedicated the last 4 years to Dr. Charlene Hickson. She is responsible for scheduling appointments, data entry and is involved with billing and collections.

Melissa McCann |

Melissa has been working in the medical field for 13 years. She has her CNA, EMT-B and also is a Certified CPR-First Aide instructor. She has been working with Dr. Charlene Hickson for the past 5 years.

Diane Aubert | LPN

Diane received her Nursing License in 1981 at SCSU in Pueblo, Colorado. She has contributed over 28 years to the medical profession working primarily with ENT Physicians both in Denver and Pueblo, and has been assisting Dr. Charlene Hickson in her office for the last 9 years.

Leslie McNish-Fisher | Speech - Language Pathologist

Leslie has been a certified Speech-Language Pathologist for 18 years. She received her Undergraduate Training at the University of Southern Colorado and her Masters Degree at the University of Northern Colorado. Her clinical passion is working with adults with voice or swallowing problems. She has had the pleasure of working with Dr. Charlene Hickson for the last 5 years.

Amy Kunstle | Registered Dietitian / Speech-Language Pathologist

Amy completed her Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition & Dietetics at Colorado State University in 1991. In 1998, she graduated with her Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Northwestern University. She practices boh nutrition and speech-language pathology specializing in voice disorders, dysphagia, fluency disorders, pediatric speech/language disorders and intervention for a variety of medical nutrition diagnoses. She is the owner of Bellweather Nutrition & Rehabilitative Services, Inc. and is delighted to have been associated with Dr. Hickson and the professional staff of Pueblo ENT Specialists since 2005.

Ruth Miller | Audiologist

Ruth received her BA in Elementary Education from Sioux Falls College and taught school for 8 years before receiving a MA in Audiology from the University of South Dakota. She was an Educational Audiologist in New Mexico for 25 years and has been working with Dr. Charlene Hickson since moving to Colorado 2 years ago.
